Belt conveyor is also called conveyor belt, which is common conveying equipment. The machine is mainly used for granular and small materials. In the coal industry, it is used for outputting finished coal and passing semi-finished products to crushing equipment, which can achieve automated mining, entrucking, and transportation.
The conveyor belt system can be used for horizontal transportation and slanting transportation very conveniently, so that it is widely used in all kinds of modern industrial companies, such as the under workings of mine, surface transportation system of the grass and open-pit quarry plant and ore beneficiation plant. The conveyor belt is pulled tight by the driving device, and the middle framework and roller composing the conveying belt as the pulling and bearing carrier, so that the bulk materials and pieces are continuously conveyed.

The belt conveyor is mainly made up of the rack, belt, belt roller, tensioning device and other components. The body of the machine is made of connected high-quality steel board, the surface of which is slant. The belt roller and carrier roller are on the rack, used for driving and supporting the transmission belt. The two driving ways are reduction motor driver and electric roller driver. The belt conveyor can work within the temperatures ranging from 20℃ to 40℃. The temperature of the transmission materials should be below 50℃
