Also known as a constant weight feeder or a smooth automatic feeder, a pendulum feeder is used as the feeding equipment for ball mill and belt conveyor. This machine is able to send the materials from the material cabin to the material receiving machine in a even, regular and continuous manner and it can be used for feeding materials to ball mill or belt conveyor.

Shaker feeder features stable vibration, reliable operation, long service life, adjustable vibration scope, adjustable and controllable feeding amounts, low noise, low power consumption, simple structure, convenient installation, closed type structure and low dust pollution.

The driving shaft is driven by electromotor by triangle conveyor belt. The wheel gear in the driving shaft drives the driven shaft to rotate, thus the two shafts revolve towards opposite direction. Finally, the vibration of chute makes the materials continuously flow to the feeding device. During the feeding process, users should carry out regular check on the stability of amplitude, electricity and noise. The pendulum feeder should be stopped immediately if when abnormality happens.
